For Paid in Full:
From point of purchase, if logbook has not been sent and no modules have been unlocked, you are entitled to a 100% refund and forfeit permanent access to the online course + materials.
From point of purchase, if logbook has been sent and/ or you have made any progress within the course, no refund of any amount is available to you.
For Payment Plan:
From point of purchase, if logbook has not been sent and no modules have been unlocked, you are entitled to a 100% refund of first payment and forfeit permanent access to the online course + materials; additionally, your payment plan will be canceled and no further payments will be collected.
From point of purchase, if logbook has been sent and/ or you have made any progress within the course, no refund of any amount is available to you.
If payment plans are not completed in full for any reason, permanent access to the online course will be revoked.
